Call-out fee: $35 applies to all services within Greater Melbourne.

Additional Fees

- Only one surcharge applies (the higher one). We don’t stack surcharges.
- Surcharges apply to the overall total, that means labour/service + call-out + any parts, not just the labour line.
- Example: $65 service + $35 call-out
- On Saturday 7 pm → ($65 + $35) × 1.20 = $120.00
- On a public holiday → ($65 + $35) × 1.25 = $125.00
